To cancel (stop) auto-renewal of a recurring subscription, click the Cancel button in your home page
Membership panel
and confirm. You must LOGIN first, of course.
If this is a PayPal subscription, instructions will be presented how to cancel within your PayPal account.

You may also cancel by visiting Profile Membership / Tokens from the top menu, and clicking
Cancel next to Next Renewal Date.

If no Cancel button appears in the
Membership panel
(and it says "non-renewing"), then your subscription will not automatically renew and, therefore, there is nothing to cancel.
The text in the Membership panel will show either your expiration date or that you're a Free member.
Request Our Staff to Cancel
To request that our staff cancel your subscription, send an e-mail at least 2 days prior to your renewal date to support@EroticMassagePartner.com from your account's registered e-mail address. Alternately, send us the account username and password. Either confirms that you're the account owner.

To view the full details about your membership, click the Details button at the top of the Membership panel.
Important!
Cancellation must be done at least 24 hours before your renewal date, or 3 days prior to your renewal date if you are requesting our staff to cancel.
Upon cancelation print your receipt - obtained by clicking details in the Membership panel.
No refunds can be given for late or forgotten cancelations or if you requested that our staff cancel your subscription yet you failed to supply us with the correct USERNAME and PASSWORD.
In the unlikely event that your account is charged and you believe you canceled at least 24 hours prior to your renewal, we will require your cancelation receipt (see above) for any adjustment.
