Photo Operations
A number of buttons appear beneath your uploaded photos.
| Crop |
Calls our photo editor to allow you to trim ("crop") the photo.
Handy for making a head shot from an existing photo, or just trimming out extraneous material. |
| Duplicate |
Make a copy of the photo, perhaps because you want to make a cropped version and keep the original. |
| Rotate ⏷ |
Rotate photo.
A popup submenu offers options: 90° counter-clockwise,
90° clockwise,
180° clockwise. |
| Move ⏷ |
Move the photo to another Gallery. (A popup submenu allows you to select the gallery.) |
| Delete |
Delete the photo |
| Delete Primary Photo |
Delete the Primary Photo |
Thumbnail Operations
One of these buttons will appear below the smaller (thumbnail) version of your photo
| ☆ Set as Primary Photo |
Makes the selected photo your Primary Photo (your Profile Photo). |
| Adjust as Primary Photo |
Takes you to our photo cropping tool so you can trim the photo as necessary to make it into a head-shot (suitable as a Primary Photo). |
| ☆ Request as Primary Photo |
Requests that the selected photo be made your Primary (aka Profile) Photo.
(Appears for older uploads only, before we began pre-approving Primary Photos.)

Your Primary (aka Profile) Photo is attached to your Profile and correspondence; it appears when members search, view their Mailbox, receive notifications, etc. Your remaining photos, if any, are visible only when members specifically view your photo gallery.
Private/Credentials Gallery Passes
Private Gallery photos and Credential Gallery document images
are visible only to members to whom you send a
Photo Pass
or
Credentials Pass, respectively.
To send a Pass,
send a message and click near the
Photo Pass
or
Credentials Pass
checkbox near the top of the message.
A Credentials Pass may only be sent via an e-mail (not greeting).
