| How do I verify my e-mail address? |
The verification number is a number that's e-mailed to you after registering, or after changing your registered e-mail address, to confirm that you're the owner the e-mail address.
To resend the verification e-mail: Login to WholeEarthFriends.com and you'll be brought to the verification page. Click Send Verification E-mail.
Reasons you may not receive the verification e-mail:
- Typo. Examine your e-mail address as displayed on the verification page. Click the "change e-mail" button if it is in error.
- Over quota. Check your mailbox size. If over quota, clean up and click the Send Verification E-mail button again.
- Your mailbox may be blocking our e-mail:
- Check your Junk Mail folder for our verification e-mail.
- Do you use Earthlink's Spam Blocker or another sender verification service? Check your pending mail or junk mail.
- Add our support address (support@WholeEarthFriends.com) to your address book then click the Send Verification E-mail button on the verification page.
If you can't get anything to work, please e-mail directly us at support@WholeEarthFriends.com (not via this help desk). We'll manually "verify" that the e-mail you sent us has the correct address and we'll return your verification number.
