Please be assured that we verify our e-mail system often; our message system is functioning properly. The most common reasons members may not reply (or may be slow to reply):

• They're busy with other matters in their life at the moment. (View their last login date at the bottom right of their profile.)
• They're flooded with e-mails and haven't gotten to yours yet. (Patience is a virtue in such cases!)
• You have no Primary Photo, and your recipient has chosen to ignore messages from photo-less members. (Tip: A whopping 75% of our members want to see your photo before connecting... so add a Primary Photo, at least, if you have none at present. Visit Help Photos from the top menu for assistance.)
• The recipient feels there's no match, and regretfully, has not taken the time to send you a decline message.

Please don't dwell on those who have not replied. Instead, be patient and contact additional MassageExchange.com members.

Tips

• To verify that a message has been successfully sent, view your Mailbox's Sent folder. A message appearing in your Sent folder means it has been delivered.
• View a member's last login date at the bottom right of their profile.
• Members are notified, by default, of new messages, and reminded of unread messages, unless they have such notifications turned off.
