If you have no digital photos of yourself, you may scan your paper photos and convert them to digital. Many public libraries have scanners, often for free. Scanning services are also available at many office supply and camera stores for a fee. 

However, consider asking a friend to take a current photo of yourself with their digital camera or phone, or take a photo of yourself (a "selfie") in the mirror.
