How do I CANCEL my paid membership subscription?

To cancel a recurring paid membership subscription:

  1. Login
  2. Click Cancel Subscription (Home page, Membership panel) and confirm.

If no Cancel Subscription button appears in the Membership panel, then your subscription will not automatically renew and, therefore, there is nothing to cancel. The text in the Membership panel will say either:

  • to {date} non-renewing - your full membership will run to the date indicated, but it will not automatically renew.
  • Free Member - your subscription has already expired and your account has reverted to free membership.

To view full details about your membership, click details at the top of the Membership panel. To view all transactions, click View All Transactions on this page.

Please Cancel Before Renewal!

Cancellation must be done prior to (at least one day before) your renewal date, since subscriptions renew near 00:01 on your renewal date.

To request that our staff cancel your subscription, notify us at least 3 days prior to your renewal date with your USERNAME and PASSWORD. We cannot cancel a subscription without your correct USERNAME and PASSWORD.

Upon cancellation print your receipt - obtained by clicking details in the Membership panel.

No refunds can be given for late or forgotten cancellations or if you requested that our staff cancel your subscription yet you failed to supply us with the correct USERNAME and PASSWORD. If your account is charged and you think you already cancelled we will require your cancellation receipt (see above). We are sorry but we cannot process refund requests without your cancellation receipt.
