Members may optionally upload an Identity Credential to their Credentials Gallery. There are also occasions when we'll ask for a photo verification (Identity Credential).

To submit a verification photo (Identity Credential):

• Upload to your Credentials Gallery (or e-mail to support@MassageExchange.com) a photo with your face and a government issued Photo ID (Driver License, Passport, State Photo ID, Military Photo ID, or Tribal Photo Card) visible, like the example at the right.
• Hold your ID directly below your chin. It's important that your ID is held at the same depth as your face, so that 1 your camera focuses correctly on your face and your ID and 2 the ID will be large enough to be readable.
• Both face and ID must be in full, accurate color, not monochrome.
• Ensure that the image is large enough such that the ID text is clearly legible. 600x600 pixels or greater is best.
• Ensure that your fingers/hands aren't covering any information on your ID.
• Ensure that your full face is in the frame and no part is cut off or blocked by your ID.
